ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP

At GPCL, we take a proactive approach to minimizing our environmental footprint across all stages of our operations. We are certified under ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), ensuring our operations meet international standards for environmental performance.

RENEWABLE ENERGY INTEGRATION

We have installed a 1.1 MW solar power plant to strengthen our renewable energy portfolio and reduce dependence on non-renewable sources.

We continuously invest in process optimization, LED retrofitting. and high- fficiency motors to improve operational energy intensity.

WATER STEWARDSHIP

Though GPCL’s operations are not water-intensive, we ensure responsible usage through regular monitoring, rainwater harvesting, and a dedicated Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) that enables water reuse for process applications.

WASTE MANAGEMENT & CIRCULAR ECONOMY

100% of our raw material comes from recycled scrap metal, sourced locally from Gujarat. Hazardous and non-hazardous wastes are carefully segregated, reused, and sent to authorized recyclers or TSDF facilities, ensuring zero irresponsible disposal.
